I am a passionate digital artist with a background in traditional fine arts.
I have 19 years of experience in the games and visual effects industry, working for a variety of highly acclaimed companies. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with people and always integrate well into a team. I firmly believe in the importance of good reference and take pleasure in photographing nature and visiting art galleries and exhibitions for inspiration. Dealing with tight deadlines has strengthened my ability to work well under pressure and manage my time efficiently.
In 2007, I spent a year studying Sculpture and Drawing at The Florence Academy of Art, a classical atelier in Italy. From this I further developed my artistic eye and understanding of human anatomy. More recently, I completed an intensive Ecorce sculpture course in California and I attend figurative oil painting and drawing classes when possible. In my spare time, when I am not working on my own artistic endeavors, I like to run, hike, play video games, travel and visit National Parks, museums and galleries.
